This is not the first energy strip I have tried. The others taste really bad and I never finished them. Against my better judgement, I bought this one as well. Haha. But it turned out great, it's sweeter than the rest but it works to mask the caffeine bitterness. You also stick it to the cheek instead of the tongue like the others. I found it Good perfect for my outdoors trips.

Not the cheapest but I appreciate that it's made in usa. Pay for quality.

Not a coffee person but these work great. No stomach upset too which is a plus for me.

Lately after lunch I have found a need for a little "pick me up". Not being able to drink or having access to coffee these are a good alternative. I love the way they gently give me a bit of a lift without making me jittery. It is very subtle and hard to describe, I just felt better. I tried a similar product in the past and the taste was horrific. I ordered spearmint and love the taste of these.
They are so convenient. Silly me.... I am embarrassed to say that the with the first pack I tired to tear it open it didn't work-then realized you just pull it open (photo).... So easy! They melt quickly and, as I mentioned, taste good.

These strips are a really quick and easy way to deliver a dose of caffeine when you need it! They're perfect for me, because my relationship to caffeine is such that I need to have almost exactly the same amount at the same time every day if I want to avoid going through ridiculous withdrawal symptoms. I take a half-cup around noon but that's really not practical sometimes, especially if I'm out hiking. One of these strips happens to deliver the amount of caffeine in half a cup of coffee, and they're individually wrapped, so I can pop them in my pack and off I go. The instructions say to dissolve them against your cheek but they're pretty big, so they cover my cheek and some of my tongue. They're fruity, not unpleasant tasting, but they are kind of intense and make my mouth sting for a couple minutes. Still, I'm glad to have these! It's such a convenient way to deliver a highly portable, non-jittery, lower dose of caffeine as opposed to a drink or caffeine pills.

Too much caffeine does not work for me, but these hit the right spot. Didn't feel any heart palpitations like I usually do from energy drinks and such. I got three packs which will last me a couple weeks I guess.
