While each strip contains only 50mg of caffeine, the delivery method appears to make that smaller dose feel more impactful than expected, especially for those with lower caffeine tolerance.
The spearmint flavor was genuinely enjoyable. It had a light, refreshing cooling effect, not as strong as chewing gum but still noticeable and pleasant. The overall experience was smooth, and the strip dissolved without much fuss or lingering aftertaste.
I went in skeptical about the low caffeine content, but I walked away impressed with how well it supported alertness and focus. The effects kicked in faster than I anticipated and seemed well-suited for moments when a subtle, clean energy boost is needed without going overboard.
